Nizam attacked Mysore in what grew to become known as the Fourth Anglo-Mysore conflict and captured Srirangapatna, the capital of Mysore. Tipu Sultan used to be killed within the battle.

 

Conflict towards Marathas:

 

The Maratha Empire, below Peshwa Madhavrao II, twice defeating Tipu’s father and also defeating Tipu Sultan and entered Srirangapatna, the capital of Mysore. The Marathas took many forts of Tipu Sultan within the Mysore vicinity. This forced Tipu to open negotiations with the Maratha management. Tipu maintain Marathas, resulted within the Marathas improving their territories which had been invaded by means of Mysore.
